We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our Collins Room restaurant. As a Waiter/Waitress you will be providing memorable dining experiences to our guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner services and will be also hosting our award-winning fashionista's afternoon tea Prêt-à-Portea. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will have an excellent knowledge of our food and beverages menu, will be advising our guests on our range of fine wines and champagnes to complement their dishes and enhancing their dining experience.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Waiter/Waitress who we anticipate will have worked in a similar role within the hospitality or tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is a fast learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
