Telesales Executive Required at inploi in London

inploi is looking for a bright, motivated person to join the team in our London office!

The role will involve working through sales leads, calling potential clients, and delivering a compelling sales pitch - following up where necessary by phone or email with the goal of arranging meetings with qualified prospects for other members of the sales team.

The position requires persistence and organisation, working alongside a small, high-energy team, building an exciting tech startup! 

Some previous experience in a similar role is highly desireable.

The successful candidate should be excited by the challenge of obtaining new clients and building the business. You will be in direct contact with the product of your work - feeling the team's excitement when you are successful -  a rewarding and fulfilling experience.

  • Empathy and the ability to gauge the appropriate response to a given situation

  • Enjoy working in a team environment, thriving under pressure and leaning into challenges.

  • An inherent interest in/enjoyment of working as part of an early-stage startup.

  • Naturally upbeat, responding well to feedback, and when necessary, the strong persuasive capacity and determination to turn a negative situation around.

  • Be able to think on your feet in unprecedented scenarios and come up with solutions on the spot.

  • Experience in hospitality recruitment and/or working in the hospitality industry is desireable
