Amorino’s vision is to become one of London’s leading food retailers and the leading gelato destination. We sell many luxurious flavours including pistachio, hazelnut, chocolate, lime basil sorbet, citrus and cherry. To compliment our beautiful gelato, we also sell waffles, crepes, coffee/ tea and milkshakes. Our goals are to: • Offer a world-class service and experience to all our customers • Maintain good operational standards within all stores • Be an employer of choice and attract talent The role will involve: As a Store Manager in our boutiques you will be in charge of one of our boutiques, leading a team of Supervisors and Gelato Artists. You will be responsible for the profitable operation of the boutique, managing the stock, cashing up, training new team members and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work as part of a small shop team, so communication and team spirit are essential skills as well as supporting your colleagues and multi-tasking. Please note, our stores close after midnight, and most of the shifts will end at this time. Person specification: You may be a current Store Manager or Senior Supervisor ready for your next challenge! Retail and food experience is a must, but we mainly hire for attitude, a good work ethic as well as a passion for gelato!
