Restaurant Floor Supervisor Required at Dokke in London

We're in search for an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our evolving restaurant at DOKKE, based out of London's only marina.

We are dedicated to combining the high levels of service with exceptional food and an unforgettable experience for our guests. We are a young business, one year in but growing every week. Next year we will be expanding and have  exciting roles available now.

We're on the hunt for a Restaurant supervisor. To excel in this role you will need:

  • A good understanding of operational needs as well as experienced in guest profiling and recognition
  • Strong organisational and problem solving abilities
  • Exceptional service standards with attention to detail
  • Leadership and delegation skills including the ability to train and mentor a small team.
  • Understanding of the International and UK hospitality/restaurant industry;
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team;·Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United KingdomTo be successful with us, all you need is energy and the right attitude….
