Head chef Required at Queen's Arms E17 in London

Seeking a head chef to run a fun kitchen with authentic British and modern European food kitchen.

Seasonal menu that regularly changes.

Menu consists of a Bar menu and A La Carte menu.

The Head chef will manage of kitchen team of 8 and be in charge of rotas, kitchen budget and ordering. As well as preparing a fresh and authentic British European menu.

Weekends are busy and the Sunday Roast are very popular.

45 Hours a week.

Kitchen generally takes £9-10,000 a week in food.

Salary is £33,000 + £2,000 service charge
