We are looking for an ambitious and creative Head Chef for our recently opened 80 seater restaurant in London Bridge. Our executive Head Chef has been leading the team for the opening weeks and we are now looking for a permanant Head Chef. Lantana is an Australian owned independent restaurant business with three central London locations. We are consistently recognised as a leader in our field of all day casual dining from our famous brunches through to evening share plates. Our menu is inspired by Australia’s melting pot of culinary cultures and we look to add creativity and unique twists to make our menu stand out from our peers. Our restaurants trade 7 days a week from breakfast to evenings. For this role you need; •a well travelled palate and a passion for food; •experience in leading a kitchen team during service in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant; •a good understanding of managing stock levels, GPs and labour within budgetary requirements; •enthusiasm in leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding food quality. You will work an average of less than 50 hours per week (doubles rare) with 28 days holiday per year.
