•5 day working week, on average 48 hours, paid per annum.
•You will be looking after the operations of the restaurant on a daily basis.
•Daily briefings, ensuring all team members are familiar with specials of the day, a la carte menu etc.
•Responsible for Stock Control and ordering.
·Busy business lunches and pre-theatre.
·Directly managing a team of up to 10 front of house employees.
·Managing staff costs and training.
·Communication between FOH and BOH
·Working closely with Training & Development Manager to achieve your goals.
