Barista Required at St Pancras Hotels Group Ltd in London

We are looking for a Barista to join our family, If you have experience and would love to join a friendly team we would like to hear from you.

Job Title: Barista – Immediate Start

The Role:
We are on the lookout of people with great personality and proven experience within a food environment and a genuine passion for food, people and standards.

Job summary:
To provide prompt, efficient and courteous service to all customers within the Hotel and Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities Include: 

·Provide the highest possible standards of customer service ensuring guests are served in a polite, efficient, professional and friendly way.
·Be efficient and comply with all coffee making standards.
·Ensure stock rotation in fridges.
·Take customer orders accurately and follow all steps of service to ensure guest satisfaction.
·Ensure the manager on duty is aware of any problems or issues relating to customer service.
·Have a thorough knowledge of the menu and drinks list in order to answer customer queries and make recommendations.
·Ensure that the bar is maintained in a safe manner, free of hazards, and that Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to at all times.
·Demonstrate a pro-active approach to self-development.
·Maintain high standards of personal presentation and hygiene in line with the company dress code.
·Share and deliver an amazing food experience with our customers
·To carry out any other duties as may be required by your duty manager, or senior manager.
·Help in any area of the Restaurant when circumstances dictate.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

·Previous barista experience preferably.
·Ability to work under high level of stress
·To be proactive at all times
·Great personality and sense of humour
·Latte art skills
·High standards of personal presentation
·Natural passion for seasonal food, wines and Italian cuisine
·Excellent customer service skills
