Junior Sous Chef Required at Inception Group in London

We are a small and growing company with 9 existing and hugely popular venues. One of our original brands – Mr Fogg’s located in Fitzrovia, are now looking to expand the team and are recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef, who can work closely with the Head Chef and become a key player within the kitchen. We have additional positions across the company so please get in touch if this venue does not suit you.

We are ideally looking for a Chef with experience within a high quality foodled business who has knowledge of traditional British cooking. We require someone who has worked with fresh ingredients. NVQ levels 1 and 2 are desirable but not essential providing you have worked in a professional catering environment. 

You must be: 

·        Passionate about food 

·        Experienced - ideally with one year working Sous Chef 

·        Reliable 

·        Self motivated 

·        Disciplined in all areas of the kitchen 

·        Able to work to brand as well as be involved with idea 

·        Have excellent kitchen hygiene and standards
