We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and friendly receptionist to join our expanding Front of House team, who will be the main point of call for our guests and assist them with anything they might need.
As a receptionist, your main responsibilities will be to ensure that all guests are taken care of during their stay with us, from the moment they enter our lobby until they leave again. You will also be;
The ideal candidate is an individual who cares about providing excellent service to our guests and who can use their intuition and creativity to deliver a wondrous experience for everyone. You will be able to maintain a positive and calm outlook regardless of what challenges the shift might bring, and able to make decisions without supervision. As a minimum we would expect you to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work a variety of shifts, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service. Experience within a similar environment is preferable, however we recruit for attitude rather than experience and will give you the tools to ensure you will be successful in your role.
