We are a small and growing company with 9 existing and hugely popular venues. One of our original brands – Bunga Bunga in Battersea, is recruiting for a Head Chef to take over from our current kitchen Manager.
We are ideally looking for a Chef with experience within a high quality foodled business who has knowledge of traditional Italian food and Pizza. We require someone who has worked with fresh ingredients. NVQ levels 1 and 2 are essential providing you have worked in a professional catering environment.
You will be responsible for a team of 6 and be expected to take the lead on ordering, standards and control of your margin.
You must be:
· Passionate about food
· Experienced - ideally with one year working Head chef
· Self motivated
· Disciplined in all areas of the kitchen
· Able to work to brand as well as creative
· Have excellent kitchen hygiene and standards
