Due to our future expansion plans, we are looking for passionate, unique and edgy General Managers who want to make their mark and help drive our business forward.
The ideal person will have 2 years experience as a GM in a fresh food, fast-paced casual dining restaurant. You are fully financially accountable for the business, from recruitment, onboarding, and training, through to all elements of financial control.
You will have a genuine love for working with people, passionate about delivering exceptional service in a casual & fun way and have a proven ability to mentor and develop your team. You will have the ability to multi-task, motivate people as well as remain calm under pressure.
