To join our award winning events team, we are currently seeking for an enthusiastic and talented Events Operations Supervisor.
As an Events Operations Supervisor, you will assist the Events Operations Manager, Deputy and Assistant Manager in the smooth running of events taking place at the hotel, whilst delegating tasks to our waiting staff and keeping our Berkeley service standards in mind. The Events Operations Supervisor will also run smaller events, leading a team of around 10 and act as an assistant in larger events. There will also be an opportunity to get involved with projects as directed by the Events Operations Manager alongside the day to day running of the department.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who we anticipate will have worked in a similar role within the hospitality or travel and tourism industry at a 4 or 5-star level. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is a fast learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
