Association Coffee has two positions open for Front of House, one part-time and one full-time. We are looking for people who have a passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to deliver a great customer experience.
We are an independent café with two stores located in the City, at EC3 and EC4. We make espresso and filter coffee and provide a small menu of baked goods from London’s top bakeries. We serve beans from Square Mile alongside a guest roaster which we rotate continuously throughout the year.

Role 1: Part-Time
This could be anything from 15-30 hours/ week. Key responsibilities include:
Role 2: Full-Time
Responsibilities are similar to the part-time role, but it is intended to lead to a Supervisory/ Management Position for the right candidate. This is something that you can grow into with support and training. At the Supervisor level responsibilities include:
Experience is valued but not required because we can teach you everything you need to know. All you need to bring is a natural tendency to be organised and the belief that whatever is worth doing at all is worth doing well. We will hire more on personality and attitude.
