We are looking for a restaurant general manager and assistant/supervisor to assist them in daily operations.
Here are some guidelines for the roles duties are flexible for the right candidate based on differentiating skills and experience.
Both roles are based on a 40 hour working week over 5 days mix of double and single shifts.
Duties would include general day to day management including preparation,daily orders,weekly stock checks,planning staff rota's and staff training.
during service knowledge of all sections of the restaurant are required but you will mainly be responsible for managing the floor area and making drinks so customer service skills are a must, cooking experience is preferred but not necessary.
Pay is salary based paid monthly +tips share negotiable for the right candidate.
This role would be assisting the manager with daily operations and dealing with assurance of service in the absence of the manager.
This role would preferably be more kitchen based including helping to plan preparation and orders.
Mainly running the Ramen area during service, kitchen experience preferred.
