Chef Required at Tonica in London

We are recruiting for a full FOH team at all levels to join us in our next adventure within the foodie haven that is Exmouth Market, Clerkenwell.

TONICA - opening in the Spring of 2018 will be a new independent Spanish inspired restaurant & bar from the team that brought you the infamous Distillery on Portobello Road in Notting Hill.

Serving food and drinks in our 80 cover dining room and bar area, TONICA will aim to take the restaurant scene in this already vibrant area to the next level.

We are looking for candidates who are:

- passionate about food, experience of Spanish food an advantage

- positive and enthusiastic

- looking forward to learn and develop new skills
