Chef de Partie Required at Dokke in London

Dokke offers modern authentic world travel dining in the heart of St Katherine docks, Londons only marina. We are an open kitchen/living room, small but busy restaurant, serving Brunch, Lunch and Dinner 7 days.Led by Executive Chef / Owner Chef Neil Wager, Our menu is inspired by both classic and modern techniques from around the world. Dokke offers a selection of seasonal, delicate, refreshing and beautifully presented dishes. We source exciting ingredients from the uk which includes forged wild herbs & fresh fish around the UK. 

We want chefs who are continuously developing and trained to deliver their best and become future chefs for our expanding global portfolio. We are a young business, one year in but growing every week. Next year we will be expanding and some exciting roles.   The Ideal Chef for Dokke:

  • Previous experience in a similar role: Experience in a luxury venue would be a distinct advantage
  • Passion for exceptional service standards with attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team 
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible in an open kitchen, the highest standards on show
  • Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently;
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
