Chef de Partie Required at CAU Wimbledon in London

Looking for side chefs to work in a great environment with skillfull chefs, keen to learn and develop his/her knowledge, 40-45 hours pw.

We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team at CAU Kingston.

The ideal candidate would be energetic and willing to learn. Previous experience is not required, but a passion for fresh food is!

What will you be doing?

  • You will be responsible for a section of the kitchen, working closely with senior team members
  • Maintaining high standards across food preparation, presentation and service
  • Be aware of kitchen safety and hygiene
