Chef de Partie Required at Fish Kitchen Ltd in City of London

We are looking for a chef de partie for our small family style restaurant Fish! kitchen Kingston.

ABOUT US: We are a busy Fish restaurant with take away, Fishmonger and smoker attached.

THE ROLE: We are looking for a Chef de Partie who can work 7 shifts over 5 days, (closed normally Sunday and Monday) with a flexible rota. You will need to be of a calm disposition combined with the ability to work & communicate under pressure in this busy and friendly environment, have a passion and desire to deliver food of the highest standards with the knowledge of food hygiene.
