We are an award winning and critically acclaimed restaurant specialising in “Fred Flintstone Fine Dining”. We smoke and grill over naked flames using coal and English oak. Working closely with the best farmers in the UK we receive whole carcasses and butcher our meat on site.
In a typical week we will butcher half a cow and smoke whole short rib, pork belly and lamb shoulder amongst others. We understand not many people can cook the way we do so when working for us you will be taught, coached and guided to prepare outstanding meals using our Ole Hickory Smokers and Robata Grill. We believe training our junior chefs to become Sous Chefs and Head Chefs is the key to our future success.
Smokehouse is part of Noble Inns, a family owned and award winning group that includes The Princess of Shoreditch, Pig and Butcher and Bad Egg.
We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie with a passion for learning new techniques - smoking & butchery in particular. You will become part of an ambitious team cooking food like no other restaurant in the UK.
