Supervisors are trained in all roles in the business including the kitchen allowing them the skill set required to manage all areas of the business. You will be given quiet shifts to run independently and buddy up with your GM on the busier shifts to learn from them. Full training is give in all areas of the business.
We also have junior manager days out which recently included a summer treasure hunt in Brighton and a Christmas night out to Winterville.
Our staff receive all the service charge and tips from the customers and supervisors are included in the tip share.
