Assistant Front Of House Manager Required at Angies in London

We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to help run the front of house at our buzzing cafe/restaurant in Chiswick, West London.

We are a busy Antipodean style independent cafe/restaurant and have built an excellent reputation for our healthy and delicious daily changing selection of Mediterranean style salads alongside our hot brunch menu, cakes, coffees and cold press juices.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our enthusiastic team on a permanent basis. You would be helping to manage a fun but hard working team in collaboration with the head chef/owner Angie who has had 8 years of experience with Gordon Ramsay. We pride ourselves on our excellent food and friendly service and are looking for a like-minded person who shares our values to join our team.

Responsibilities would include:-

• Ensuring the smooth running of the shop on a day-to-day basis
• Recruitment, training, and management of all front of house staff
• Ensuring our high standards of service are met and exceeded
• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Health and safety monitoring and training
