Yes, in order to apply for jobs on inploi, you must have an account. You can quickly set up an account by registering as a Candidate.

It's completely free for candidates to create an account, search and apply for jobs.

All you need to set-up your inploi profile is add a description, some experience, and an education. However, to get the most out of inploi, we recommend visiting our advice page to get clued-up on what employers are looking for!

Being job ready means you have added enough information to your profile to be able to apply for positions through inploi. If you aren't job ready yet, you just need to add a bit more information to your profile! To find out more about how to get job ready, visit our advice page.

inChat is our in-built messaging system. You can only inChat employers once you have applied for a role and they have then chosen to 'connect' with you. Once a candidate and employer have connected, they can then chat using inChat to arrange an interview/trial shift.

We ask candidates using inploi to create a profile instead of using their CV. Why? We want to help employers find the best candidates! By filling in your profile, it's quick and simple for employers to review your application and make an informed decision as to whether they want to invite you in for a trial shift or interview.

Absolutely! Simply click the download button on your profile and it will turn your profile as a PDF, you can then send this via email or print it out.

When using the inploi app, you can scroll through jobs available on the home screen jobs carousel, or via the 'Browse Jobs' tab. Not seeing the jobs you're looking for? Try clicking on the 'Filters' button to narrow down the selection of jobs you see based on the job role, where and when you want to work, and your salary preferences.

You can easily search for roles via our browse jobs page. In addition, you can add filters to your search to narrow down the list of jobs you view. You can do this by clicking on the 'Filters' button and adding your preferences. Our search algorithm is pretty smart (but it can't read your mind), so try and be as precise as possible.

These are one-off jobs and gig shifts e.g. festival/event work or supply shifts. You can coordinate your shifts with your employer via inChat, and can also be paid through inploi. For successfully completed shifts, payments should be processed within the space of 7 working days. You must add your payment information to accept short-term offers so we can ensure a swift payment process.

You can set filters on the jobs you see on our app and website by clicking on the filters button when browsing jobs.

If you can't see any jobs on the app or website, you may need to reset your filters to continue browsing for jobs.

If you like the look of a particular job, you can add it to 'my favourites' by clicking on the heart symbol in the top left hand corner of the job description. To view your favourite jobs online click on the favorite icon at the top of the page, on the app click on the filters button, swipe 'only show favourited jobs' so that the swipe bar shows red, and click 'apply filters'. Now when you go back to the carousel, it will only show your favourite jobs.

Great! Sit tight - the employer has been notified and will be reviewing your application. If they like the look of your profile, they may choose to 'Connect' with you. This enables you both to message via inChat to discuss the position further, or arrange a trial shift/interview.

Awesome! Now it's your chance to decide if you want to take the role. Please think carefully before accepting - it's better to say 'No thank you' up front, rather than disappointing someone in the long-run! Remember, 'short-term' jobs have cashless payment so you will need to add you payment details to be able to accept.

Congratulations! We leave the details of employment and contracts between you and the employer. The funds should be sent to you within 7 days of shift completion. If you haven't received anything after this period, please contact support.

You can post a job for free on inploi. Simply login to your account and visit the 'My Jobs' tab on your profile. From there you can click on 'Post a Job' and fill out the fields as required. You can set your job listing as a 'draft' or post it 'live' on the platform to make it visible to candidates.

The number of jobs you can host is based on your subscription plan. Click here to find out more about our pricing.

Any candidate using inploi can view your job listing, either by searching on our website or on our iOS and Android app.

You can post a job with start date 'ASAP' and leave the end date blank.

Your job will be live for a period of 28 days after which it will expire. You can refresh or delete your job at any time.

At inploi, fair pay is important to us. Don't worry though, you can 'mask' a job salary, so it is viewed as 'Competitive' by candidates. Additionally, putting a salary/wage rate also helps our algorithm to match candidates to your job listing, so they can easily find roles that suit their preferences, and you have candidates that match your listing!

Yes, absolutely. You can create job listings and set them to draft for a later date. Just don't forget about posting it if you want candidates to see it!

Chances are you have managed to create a draft job listing, rather than setting it to live. Simply login to your employer account and go to My Jobs to check If you're still struggling, don't hesitate to get in touch , and one of our team will get back to you ASAP!

You can delete your job, or refresh it.

No, if you are just re-listing a job you will stay in the same subscription plan. It is only if you add more jobs that you might need to upgrade your plan.

Yes, if you have relisted the job you can still see all of your applicants & connections. However, if you delete the job you will no longer have access to the applicants through that job.

You can easily review candidates who have applied to your job listing by visiting the 'Jobs' tab in your Employer account. For each job listing, click on the button 'View Applicants' to see who has applied.

You can view the profiles of the the candidates who have applied for your job(s), paid subscribers can also navigate to 'Candidates' to view all previous connections and view their profiles.

Once you have viewed a candidate profile and like the look of the applicant, you can 'connect' with them, and send them a message via inChat, our in-built messenger. You can use inChat to ask any further questions, or invite the candidate in for an interview/trial shift.

It is up to employers as to whether they choose to pay candidates for trial shifts. If you ask a candidate to come in for a half/full day trial shift, we suggest agreeing with them upfront as to whether they will be paid for their time in light of their success or rejection.

Great news! The candidate will be notified and can accept or decline your offer of employment. If you want to message them further, you can do so via inChat. The candidate can then accept or decline your job offer.

We suggest sending them a quick inChat to nudge them into action. If you're still having trouble contacting a candidate or need to reach them urgently, please let us know by emailing contact us.

You can remove a candidate's application either before or after an interview/trial shift by clicking the 'Remove' button. If you reject the candidate prior to connecting with them, they will receive a message from inploi informing them that they have been unsuccessful. If you remove the candidate after connecting with them, we recommend sending the applicant an inChat to inform them, although they will also receive an automated message through inploi.

If you had connected with them previously and you are on a paid plan, you can view their profile under 'Candidates'. Otherwise you can only view their application if they are able to apply for another one of your jobs.

Employer can pay staff for 'short-term' positions. This is a service to connect work seekers to ad-hoc shifts. Please note that payments are handled securely via Stripe, and inploi does not hold any employer or candidate bank details.

When you remove or refresh a job we will ask you if you hired any of the candidates. At this point you can provide feedback on why you hired this candidate.

No, but we recommend that you do.

When your listing expires you can either remove it or refresh it.

You can remove your job listing either entirely, or set it back to draft status. You can do this by logging into your Employer account, visiting the 'My Jobs' tab, and selecting 'Delete'.

You can change your email address in your account settings or Contact us if you need help.

You can reset your password by visiting the forgot password section of our website. Simply enter the email address you registered with, and we will send you a special link via email to reset your password.

We will never contact you requesting any personal information and advise you to delete any emails that you receive like this and not to reply or click any links in these kinds of emails. Technical

All images should be under 20mb in size and formatted as JPEG or PNG and should have the following resolutions:

  • Candidate Profile Picture/Avatar: 250x250px
  • Employer Profile Picture/Avatar: 250x250px
  • Employer Cover Image: 660x390px

You can upload videos with unlimited bitrates, up to 100mb in size.

You can update your app version by clicking here for iOS and Android or by checking app update settings on your device.

Your personal information is stored securely by us and our secure third-party service providers. For more information, take a look at our privacy policy.

Your bank details are stored with Stripe. Stripe are are trusted by many of the world leading technology companies. Click here for more information.

All images & videos are stored securely by Cloudinary.

Once a short-term job has been completed the Employer can simply click 'Pay' to send the money to the candidate. Employers have an opportunity to either add a tip or contact us to alter the payment amount. The candidate will receive a notification outlining the amount. If there is an issue the candidate can contact inploi to resolve it. The funds will arrive 7 days. Short-term payments on inploi are handled by Stripe connect. Stripe is the leading payments solution for technology marketplaces. For more information on Stripe marketplace payments please visit their website.

Once you have entered your payment details you will be billed on a monthly or annual basis (depending on which option you have selected). You will receive an invoice via email every time you are billed. Employers can upgrade, downgrade or cancel their subscription at any time. If you have any questions about subscription pricing please contact us.

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription plan at any time. Simply sign in to the inploi account you would like to change, then click on Settings, Billing Settings.

If you are upgrading your plan, simply select the plan you would like to move to and confirm your upgrade. You will immediately be able to use your new plan, your new billing will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your billing cycle is the frequency on which you pay your subscription fee (i.e monthly or annually).

If you are downgrading your plan, you must first make sure you have the corresponding number of listed jobs and/or sub users (for team plans) to the plan you would like to switch to. For example if you are on the Growth plan and have 3 listed jobs, you must delete 2 of those jobs before you can downgrade to the free plan. When you have done this you will be able to downgrade and your new plan will take effect immediately. Your billing will be updated at the end of your current billing cycle.

To switch from an annual to a monthly subscription, you can either wait for your annual subscription to end and change your plan upon renewal, or schedule the change so that it will take effect upon renewal. Your new plan & billing will take effect at the end of your current annual billing period. (edited)
