We’re building a trusted community or genuine, honest work-seekers and quality, fair employers. You, our users, are what makes up this community, and we’re relying on you to play by the rules to ensure that everybody’s experience of inploi is a pleasant one. Whilst we trust in you to be sensible, here are some guidelines to help ensure that you know what is expected of you.
We’re don’t want to be your mum, watching over you, but please be aware that violating these guidelines may result in reduced access to work opportunities or limited ability to post roles, and, in extreme circumstances, your removal from the inploi community.
Community Guidelines for Work Seekers
inploi is your platform, built to help you find work, and to live the lives that you want to. Here’s what is expected of you to make this possible:
Complete, truthful profiles: To be successful on inploi, you need to build a truthful, complete profile. Only list work experience that you have actually done; qualifications you actually have (or are in the process of doing), and training courses or certificates that you have actually completed. Basically – don’t lie. Simple. Set accurate criteria for the work you want to do, including your availability, minimum pay, work area, and role type. This’ll help us provide you with suitable opportunities.
Pictures and videos: When you create your profile you upload a profile picture, and perhaps record a short introductory video (we highly recommend that you do this!). It goes without saying that these need to be of YOU. Any sort of obscenity/nudity/misrepresentation is not cool, and will result in your immediate removal and banning from the platform.
Background/Identity Documents: The same goes for these as for the images referred to above – they need to be of your own documents, be genuine, and be of what they’re meant to be. No ifs, no buts (but, if you have a question, contact us at email@example.com!).
Be straightforward (and prompt!) and in your dealings with employers: The whole point of inploi is to make the staffing process (and therefore finding a job) quicker and easier. We expect certain things of employers to make this possible, but we need you to hold up your end of the deal! Only apply for roles that you are genuinely interested in getting hired for, and for which you are available. Be prompt in responding to messages, and, if something unavoidable comes up that gets in the way of what you have agreed with an employer, be quick to communicate with them! People are relying on you, and we’ve given them our word that you’re great – don’t let us down!
Community Guidelines for Employers:
inploi is here to make finding staff quick, easy, and cost-effective. We’ve worked very hard to make this possible, and our work-seekers have taken time to create a profile, review your job postings, and apply for them. Here’s what we ask of you if you’re posting work opportunities:
Complete, accurate profiles: When you sign up as an employer you create a short profile. Please fill this in comprehensively, and accurately. This is the face of your company on inploi – make it shine!
Complete, REAL jobs: This is a no-brainer – you should only post work opportunities that actually exist. Please give all the necessary information, include the actual wage rate or salary (you can mask this if you don’t want people to see it, but we need the data so that work-seekers can filter opportunities). Posting fake or non-existent roles will quickly result in your removal from the inploi community. If you want to test inploi, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a demo.
Pictures: When you create your profile you upload a profile picture and a company logo. It goes without saying that these need to be images that represent the company for which you are posting, and to which you have the rights. Any sort of obscenity/nudity/misrepresentation is not cool, and will result in your immediate removal and banning from the platform. But Why would you do that anyway?!
Be straightforward in your dealings with work-seekers: inploi is a community of great people, and we need you to uphold your side of the bargain. When you send an offer you are offering work to a work-seeker – if they accept, you are expected to provide it. Be prompt in responding to messages, and, if something unavoidable comes up that gets in the way of what you have agreed with a worker, be quick to communicate with them! People are excited to work with you, and we’ve given them our word that you’re great – don’t let us down.
Use the platform as it was built to be used: we’ve put a huge amount of time and effort into building inploi for your use, so please don’t pull any fast ones and try to break the rules. We expect all QuickShift posts advertised to be completed using the platform, and applicants for JobMatch roles to be connected with via inploi. Any attempt to circumvent this (for instance, by including your contact details in the profile section, and saying “contact me”), will not be tolerated. Repeat offence will result in your removal from the community. We reserve the right to modify your listings to ensure compliance -we want inploi to be safe, secure, and transparent – if you don’t buy into that idea, then we’d prefer it if you didn’t use our service.
And that’s a wrap! We’re thrilled to have you on board – thank you for working with us to build a happy, thriving community.
